Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are considered if a donation was made by mistake or due to a technical issue.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Transaction ID

  • Amount donated

  • Reason for the refund

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
